Understanding your rights and responsibilities as a student at PMAL Training Academy
By applying to, enrolling in, or attending any course or program at PMAL Training Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and PMAL Training Academy.
Your application, enrollment, and continued attendance at PMAL Training Academy constitute your acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not apply for or attend any of our programs.
All applications are subject to review and approval by our admissions committee. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into any program.
Students must meet the minimum entry requirements for their chosen program, which may include:

All course fees are as published on our website and in our prospectus. PMAL Training Academy reserves the right to adjust fees with reasonable notice.

Replacement certificates may be issued upon request for a fee. Original certificates remain the property of PMAL Training Academy until all obligations are met.
PMAL Training Academy is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property brought onto academy premises.
While PMAL Training Academy maintains appropriate safety measures, students participate in practical training at their own risk. Students are encouraged to obtain personal accident insurance.
PMAL Training Academy's liability is limited to the value of course fees paid. The academy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
All course materials, including but not limited to textbooks, manuals, presentations, and online content, are the intellectual property of PMAL Training Academy and may not be reproduced without permission.
Students retain ownership of work they create, but grant PMAL Training Academy a license to use such work for educational and promotional purposes.
PMAL Training Academy collects and processes personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By accepting these terms, you consent to such processing.
PMAL Training Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate a student's enrollment for:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
These Terms and Conditions represent the complete agreement between you and PMAL Training Academy. They supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations. If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
